Birthday Party, Engagement Party & Wedding Reception in one!

     I catered a party last for clients' that had a lot to celebrate, at first the party was supposed to be a birthday party for Lisa and then her beau Daryl had recently proposed for her hand in marriage, then they were married the night before the party!  Wow....I felt so privileged to cater a party with so much to celebrate, friends, family and neighbors were clinking glasses of champagne to celebrate and eating good food, prepared by me, of course!  Some new items from my Hor D'Oeuvres repertoire (yes, I do think my cooking is an Opera) included such comfort food items as, Tomato Bisque Soup "Shots" with Mini Grilled Cheese and Indian Bombay Lamb Sliders topped with Feta Cheese and Curry Tzatziki Sauce.  Longtime favorites were also featured, like my famous Lamb Chops with fresh Honey Mint Sauce and you can't leave without a sweet ending of Creme Brulee!  Congratulations Lisa and Daryl, may you have a very long, happy and healthy marriage!
