Catered a wonderful birthday party for a new client in her beautiful Spanish style home in San Jose this past Saturday night. My friendly and courteous staff passed Hor D'Ouevres and some delectable appetizers were placed on two buffet tables adjacent to the patio through French doors. The weather was perfect, not too hot or cold... A fabulous garden party with little white lights dangling in the patio and smooth jazz playing in the background made for a perfect back drop to the event. The menu was a mix of sophisticated items and good old comfort food, like mini chicken pot pies...the perfect size for a hor d'ouevres. The chilled orange tarragon Salmon in "Spoons" with caper aioli was the big hit of the night, it was the perfect fresh and light little morsel for a summer night. More scrumptious items that were enjoyed by the party guests included, Mini BBQ Pork Sliders and Gazpacho Soup "Shots". Lori, her husband, friends and family really enjoyed themselves; when you hire Butler For Hire Catering in the San Francisco bay area, you become a guest at your own party and why not?
